Balloon-Shop.com is a small operation specialising in the delivery of helium-filled balloons. We also
offer a variety of other services including gift delivery, supply of balloons and helium equipment and
balloons for special occasions and parties. If you think we can help surprise a friend or relative, or
simply brighten up your party, let us know.

| Delivery Charges |
The prices on this website include balloon, helium, weight, packaging and local (UK) delivery. Delivery outside the UK will incur the following charges:
- Europe: Delivery to other countries in Europe: £2.50
- Rest of the World: Delivery ouside Europe: £5.00
Please note that we will ship to International addresses, however packages are at the mercy of the Postal carrier. We are not responsible for any delay or damage that may occur to the balloon in transit.

| Terms and Conditions |
As with all services, there are some guidlines which we operate by designed to establish a clear
code of practice for the protection of ourselves and our customers.
- All our goods are dispatched using Royal Mail. As such, Royal Mail terms and conditions apply.
- We will endevour to satisfy your request to the best of our ability. If there is a problem with your delivery (out of stock item, unachievable delivery date, etc), we shall attempt to contact you using your contact details. If we are unable to contact you, we will dispatch a replacement of equivalent value in a timely manner.
- Prices listed on the site include delivery charges to the UK. For international orders, contact us for a revised quotation.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information which you supply us. Failure to provide correct information may result in your order being dispatched late or not at all.
- In the event that the parcel or its contents have been damaged in transit, we must be notified immediately of any problems and you must retain the package and its contents. Failure to do so may result in your reimbursment claim being rejected. In such cases that your claim is deemed justified, we may reimburse you in monetary value not exceeding the original amount paid for the balloon.
- If you wish to send a balloon to a hospital or some other managed institution, we suggest you contact them prior to ordering to confirm they can accept packages for their patients. We cannot be responsible for any delays once they have accepted the package.
- We cannot guarantee the length of time that the balloon will stay inflated, but the average time is around 7-10 days. Please note that in some rare occasions the balloon may lose some helium in transit. Unfortunately we are unable to prevent this from occurring.
- We will accept online orders in good faith. In the event that there are problems with your payment, including but not limited to bounced cheques, credit card authorisation failures or failure to confirm legitimate use of a credit card we reserve the right to cancel your order and take any steps necessary to recover any loss and expenses relating to your order.
